Every girl needs a really good purse in which she can keep everything organised, and the new season Michael by Michael Kors Saffiano Purse (it’s called a wallet in the US) is one of the nicest I’ve seen this season.

Available in a choice of three colours, the purse is a sleek leather wallet style which is slim, yet includes a coin purse which slips into an external pocket (see in the photo above, the pink coin purse which comes with the off white wallet).

The purse is an envelope style which has a snap fastening on the front. It comes complete with the separate zip fastening coin purse, which can be used separately; it has slots for notes and ten credit card slots.

The purse is made from butter soft leather and has gold tone hardware throughout. Inside, there are three pockets and a zip fastening pouch in the centre for coins. The purse also has a rear flap.

Style note: The Charlton collection of bags is something of an enigma. The mini bag is gorgeous – but, well, it’s mini and too small really for the carry all Charlton purse which is quite a decent sized purse – well organised, and suited to a nice big Michael Kors bag. Nonetheless, both the mini bag and the purse are nearly sold out at Harrods so you’d better get your skates on if you want one.

This Guess Leopard Print Bag, called the Dynamite Leo Shoulder bag, is quilted cross body bag with an all over animal print, trimmed in black faux patent crocodile. Guess Groovy Bags and Wallet  in Cognac Brown

Take a look at the stunning new Guess Groovy range of handbags, which are now available. They are:
