Fat Face Upcycle Denim BagFat Face Upcycle Bag

The Fat Face Upcycle bag is a new denim bag made from recycled denim jeans. This bag has been made in limited numbers but I’m fortunate enough to have one right in front of me.

This bag has a rectangular shape with a large open pocket on the front, stitched over the “fly”. There are further standard jeans pockets on the front, together with a slip pocket inside which could be used for a PDA or mobile phone. The bag is lightweight and pops easily over one shoulder. On the back of the bag at the waistband, there is a brown leather Fat Face label. Inside, there are various slogans printed, one of which says: “RENT THE HOUSE SELL THE CAR KEEP YOUR JEANS”. Wise words indeed.

For every denim bag sold, Fat Face are donating £5 to the Fat Face Foundation which aims to supports charities suchs as the  The Marine Conservation Society and Groundworks. The bag costs £20 and is available from selected Fat Face stores and online.

Measurements: Width 20″ / 51cm  x Length 15.5″ /39cm; handle drop 12″ /30cm (all measurements are approximate).

Style note: This is a stylish and easy to wear denim bag that goes really great with jeans and is big enough to carry everything you will need for a day. Recommended.
